Dreamland piggery is a family operated farm. Anna Phosa runs the farm with help from her husband and a daughter who has a degree in animal production.
Dreamland piggery also produces its own grain in order to feed their stock and gradually expand their offerings to the buying market.
The farm employs 40 permanent farm workers and 10 seasonal workers. Most of Dreamland piggery employees are youth from the surrounding farms and informal settlement.
The farm is 318ha and has 300 sow unit, an upgraded abattoir with the capacity of 100 pigs slaughter per day and plant maize on 150ha.

Dreamland piggery is also buying pigs from the 5 emerging pig farmers for the abattoir as empowerment.
Anna Phosa also mentors 2 pig farmers from Rural development PLAS farms.
Anna is a role model to female farmers and strives to give back to her community through mentorship, employment and education of international and national farmers in the making.
